We are looking for a data driven and detail oriented analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. This is a new role with the primary focus of shaping the way we design our territories internally while advancing and automating our process. The right person for this job is comfortable working with large data sets, and is able to leverage learnings from data analysis to propose process improvements and advise a path of systemized changes. This individual will work alongside Finance to ensure alignment between territory segmentation and target distribution annually. This person is a team player and is able to communicate effectively with peers and leaders across functions of GTM and Finance.

What we're looking for:

  • Data driven and detail-oriented individual with experience territory and quota management, preferably within the SaaS industry

  • Strong Proficiency in Excel - Lookups, Pivot tables

  • Strong Proficiency in Salesforce required - for data management and building reports for visibility and analysis

  • Prefer candidates with business analyst experience, within a sales supporting role, with high-level understanding of sales funnel, especially as it relates to data quality, lead distribution, and territory management

  • Ability to articulate complex issues and tailor communications to different audiences

  • Experience working with sales org rules of engagement and parent and subsidiary ownership alignment is an asset

  • Nice to have: knowledge of Traction or hierarchy build/maintenance 

What you can expect:

  • Play a key role in shaping territories across the GTM function through analysis and data enrichment

  • Ensure all sales teams are aligned on territory ownership and segmentation rules 

  • Document guidelines, exceptions, escalation process and update documentation as guidelines evolve

  • Work closely with Finance to distribute and align quotas and territories annually across GTM teams. Ensure quota letters are sent in a timely manner

  • Ownership of quarterly book adjustments resulting from customer segment fluctuations and shifts for pipeline generating teams such as Business Development Representatives (BDR) and Customer Growth Specialists (CGS) 

  • Monitor data hygiene in SalesForce, leveraging tools like Duns & Bradstreet, Traction & Zoominfo and SF RevBI 

  • Keep track of exceptions and changes in our territories on an ongoing basis to gather relevant insights for future improvement and scalability as we expand outside of NA 

  • Continuously seek opportunities to automate, systemize and improve scalability of our current processes. Support implementation of process changes by collaborating with various stakeholders in GTM and other functions

  • Support hierarchy, data enrichment, systems automations projects with in RevOps Team
