A large tech company in Redmond, WA is looking for an experienced Events Project Manager to add to their team.
This role is 100% remote, and will support PST business hours.

• MS Office, SharePoint, One Note (3+ Years)
• PM experience, able to schedule and meet deadlines (2+ Years)
• Event experience, worked on a series of events, experience with digital and in-person events. Small or big is fine.
Specific functions include but are not limited to the following:
Event Content General
Contribute to overall program strategy and execution.
Work with business owner to define content strategy.
Manage all content/program assets.
Keep Stakeholders current on all deliverables and due dates.
Track and report status as well as progress blockers
Follow up and close on outstanding deliverables
Create monthly reporting decks
Event Blueprints
Create new event blueprints as needed and maintain/update current blueprints for MVTD events
Ensure that all sections show consistent info (i.e. event additions, naming changes)
Manage uploads to the events site
Content assets
Manage content assets
Communicate deliverables to stakeholder
Manage asset handoff and due dates
Manage content refresh cycles
Manage incremental changes to all assets to stay current on technology and messaging
Review all content
Port content into event templates as needed
Manage assets on Teams site
Manage assets on events site
Onboarding NEW Events
Support FY planning and prioritization with business owner and BG teams
Define cadence and process for additions
Manage cadence and process for NEW events to onboard
Change management
Update and track changes to content assets needed
Inform field community lead and business stakeholders of content changes
Inform Marketing BOM Manager and Loc Manager of changes as needed
Meetings
Manage and/or support meetings related to MVTD events
Manage/contribute to agendas
Create meeting slides
Create and publish notes
Manage deliverables
Project Success Metrics
Content process is created and executed throughout the year to enable MVTD updates and new events
Monitoring program progress and problem-solving blockers to resume work when needed
FY strategy upheld throughout the year to ensure consistency
When needed improvements to process and strategy to streamline operations

Compensation is tied to the Colorado and Washington markets for jobs performed in Colorado and Washington.
