As BetterUp’s Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing strategic nurture programs to engage and educate prospects and customers throughout the buyer's journey. You will work closely with marketing operations, sales, and other cross-functional teams to develop and execute nurture campaigns that drive lead generation, lead nurturing, and lead conversion, with the ultimate goal of accelerating the sales pipeline and maximizing revenue growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Nurture Program Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive nurture strategies and programs for our b2b prospects and customers, aligned with marketing and sales goals, and designed to drive engagement, education, and advance them through the buyer's journey.

  • Content Creation: Collaborate with content marketing and product marketing teams to create compelling and relevant content, including whitepapers, ebooks, webinars, blog posts, infographics, and other assets that align with nurture program objectives and resonate with target audiences.

  • Lead Segmentation and Personalization: Segment B2B leads based on relevant criteria such as buyer personas, demographics, engagement behavior, and stage in the buyer's journey. Create personalized nurture experiences based on segment-specific needs and preferences to drive higher engagement and conversion rates.

  • Campaign Testing and Optimization: Continuously test and optimize nurture campaigns to improve performance and achieve desired outcomes. Analyze campaign data and metrics, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations for campaign refinements and improvements.

If you have some or all of the following, please apply:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. 

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or lead nurturing roles, preferably in a technology, software, or SaaS company.

  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, lead nurturing strategies, and buyer's journey concepts.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with prospects through various channels.

  • Analytical mindset with ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize nurture campaigns and drive desired outcomes.

  • Expert in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other relevant marketing tools. Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce and 6sense is preferred.

  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in B2B demand generation and lead nurturing.

  • Results-oriented mindset with focus on achieving marketing and sales goals, such as lead generation, engagement, and conversion.

At BetterUp, we compensate our employees fairly for their work. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, residence location, as well as market indicators. The range below is representative of base salary only and does not include equity, sales bonus plans (when applicable) and benefits. This range may be modified in the future.

The base salary range for this role is $106,500 – $180,850.
