QA Representative

The Quality Assurance Representative is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day quality assurance matters within the PSN Application. You will focus on quality engineering and manual testing to ensure that the PSN application releases and stories are tested in a timely manner. You will work closely with the App Support, Integration Support, Development, and Product teams on prioritization of testing items and release information for manual testing requirements.  You will assist in coordination release activities to each environment.  
As a Quality Assurance Representative, You Will:

 
Participate in daily scrum activities
 
Assist with manual testing and quality engineering related to the PSN applications
 
Test planning for future releases
 
Implement new technology with the PSN application
 
Join meetings as needed (i.e., Team, Company, Knowledge share, Troubleshooting, etc.)
 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the product development cycle
 
Participate in workflow creation and continuously recommend improvements
 
Take on additional projects as needed
 
Communicate and collaborate with different team members via email, phone, remote meetings, and ticketing system
 
Participate in on-call rotation for afterhours emergency support

Required Knowledge and Skills:

 
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or applicable work experience
 
1+ years of IT experience
 
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
 
Proficiency with Online Applications (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
 
Proficiency with troubleshooting\triaging application issues
 
Strong written and verbal communication skills
 
Good interpersonal skills
 
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - both phone and email

Base Compensation Range: $61,269.00 to $85,000.00 annually
Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission and equity. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
