About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business and Revenue Operations Manager to join our team at Eterneva. As the Business and Revenue Operations Manager you will be responsible for managing our Systems, Salesforce architecture, and revenue operations. You will also play a key role in driving the growth of our brand and building raving fans of Eterneva.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage CRM systems, ensuring that they are delivering high-quality data analysis, reporting, and usability.

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of our Systems, ensuring that they are up-to-date and meeting our business needs

  • Architect and maintain our Salesforce and Hubspot platform, ensuring that it is optimized for our sales and marketing processes

  • Utilize your strategic skills to design and implement processes and systems that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our business operations

  • Utilize your experience with revenue operations to drive growth and improve our bottom line

  • Analyze data and create reports to provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team

  • Understand financial systems and work closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data

  • Oversee API integrations and basic IT security to ensure the security and stability of our systems

  • Buy into our brand compass, making our customer feel understood through their grieving journey, honoring our customer's loved one's throughout the journey of growing their diamond, and making the diamond journey feel personalized for our customers

  • Build raving fans of Eterneva by delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our systems and processes are customer-focused

  • Be a team player and have the backs of your teammates, as well as train and manage external partners

  • Have a growth mindset and always look for ways to improve yourself and the business

  • Be a voice of reason and have a very high intellectual capacity with regard to logic and simple execution, able to make something very complicated feel very simple

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field (nice to have.. not required)

  • 5+ years of experience managing IT systems and Salesforce architecture (nice to have. We care less about experience and more about capabilities and growth)

  • Experience managing, leading, or building teams (nice to have)

  • Strategic skills and experience with revenue operations in a non-SAAS environment (nice to have)

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting

  • Understanding of financial systems and ERPs

  • Experience or understanding of API integrations and basic IT security

  • Experience training and managing external partners

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Strong commitment to our brand compass and mission to pave a better way for people to grieve in the US
