Document Automation Engineer

Description

Location: This role is remote and open to candidates nationwide in the United States.


AbacusNext is an industry-leading vertical SaaS provider for the compliance-focused Professional Services market. We provide purpose-built, cloud-based solutions for small and medium-sized Legal and Accounting firms to support a secure and cloud-enabled practice.


Requirements


 
Associate degree or equivalent technical experience, a bachelor's degree is preferred
 
Excellent computer skills
 
Proficiency in Excel and Word
 
Ability to solve problems both scrappily and holistically
 
Ability to perform detail-oriented work, independently as well as collaborating with a team
 
Excellent communication, written skills, business acumen and analytical skills
 
Experience with a scripting language preferred
 
Experience with a document automation software preferred



Ideal candidates might also possess one or more of the following:


 
Paralegal or equivalent legal experience
 
Strong public speaking and/or presentation skills
 
Experience providing live customer support for technical issues
 
Experience with relational database schemas (Access or SQL preferred)
 
MO-101 Certification as a Microsoft Word Expert
 
Experience with Power BI or DAX
 
Business-level written fluency in a second language
