Manager, Distribution - Receivables Finance

About the Job:
Taulia is in search of a Manager of Distribution – Receivables Finance to join our growing Distribution team. As the Manager of Distribution, you will own the funding relationships and strategy for the Receivables Finance (Enterprise and Network) product and support sales/structuring for each customer. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally as a SME and will report to the Head of Distribution – NAM and AR Product Distribution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 
Manage and expand relationships with financial institutions and non-FI investors in support of Receivables Finance transactions including but not limited to sourcing of funds, negotiation and execution of programs.
 
Secure funding including capacity and pricing by supplier, country and currency.
 
Support sales and structuring team throughout the sales cycle including sales and market strategy and training, program validation, KYC documentation, credit assessment.
 
Support the operations of Taulia Trade Technology to ensure suppliers and investors expectations are managed and met or exceeded.
 
Work with counsel to evolve legal structure to suit market dynamics and expand set of investors.
 
Work with Product team to develop new ways to deploy capital to support cash need of buyers and suppliers on the Taulia network.

Core Skills and Key Competencies:

 
3-5+ years of work experience in supply chain finance / AR finance or trade finance in a bank, non-bank financial institution or fintech.
 
Negotiated, structured and sold bespoke Receivables Purchase Agreements.
 
Advanced understanding of commercial application of Receivables Finance including but not limited to cash dominion, performance undertaking, dilution monitoring, credit analysis, etc.
 
Strong analytical, communication, relationship, negotiation, management and leadership skills.
