Lead Generation Specialist

IDR is seeking a fast moving, 100% Remote - Lead Generation Specialist to join one of our top clients in the business payments industry for a 6 month on going contract. Responsibilities of the Lead Generation Specialist:

 
Responsible for making outbound calls on a daily basis using data provided
 
Work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales team to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors
 
Convert the calls to new business leads
 
Deal with clients in a professional manner at all times aligned to our brand values
 
Ensure service is prompt, polite and professional standards are kept

Qualifications for the Lead Generation Specialist:

 
Previous B2B or B2C sales experience is highly preferred; Must have 1 year of professional telemarketing experience making outbound calls
 
Excellent communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
 
Ability to work independently and under pressure
 
Excellent verbal and written skills
 
A positive approach to objection handling is essential
 
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and associated systems, including CRMs such as Salesforce
