Job description


 We are looking to hire a “Marketing” Director with a strong design background. Our marketing process is simple but we need someone with high quality standards and experience directing a team to move quickly.


 



 
Work performedReports to our CMO and coordinates marketing to help us move fast.


 
Plans and executes the promotion schedule to optimize growth and profitability. 
 
Oversees and coordinates email, ads, sales, SEO and social marketing.
 
Ensures the team completes all projects to the highest of standards.
 
Develops project plans and works to ensure on time completion.
 
Distributes tasks according to the abilities & workload of staff. 
 
Evaluates & provides guidance to staff to help improve performance.
 
Performs other tasks as assigned by management.


 
Compensation


 
Salary: $147 - $200k/year based on experience
 
$20k signing bonus
 
401k plan with 4% employer match
