Layout Designer

Description:
 
Responsibilities: Responsible for all aspects of design integration of architectural backgrounds, production and process equipment layouts with operational space design and planning of distribution centers. Lead, manage and coordinate all aspects of design program management like schedule, stakeholder communication, risk and quality, document and revision management. Present and lead design reviews with stakeholders. Manage approvals and release full design packages for execution and implementation. Provide technical leadership for process flows for building program. Provide coordination support between internal and external departments. Simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks while effectively influencing, negotiating, and communicating with internal and external business partners, contractors and vendors. Facilitate process improvement initiatives. Effectively manage resources, quality and project schedules for on-time deliverables. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Industrial Design and Engineering (any discipline). 5+ years of experience in the job offered or related occupation of Design/ Innovation, Process/ Industrial Engineering or related. 5+ years of experience managing engineering or design projects. 2+ years of experience using business/ technical software such as REVIT, AutoCAD, BIM 360, BlueBeam, Microsoft Suite.
