UX Designer

Healthcare is complex, and people struggling with the burden of a chronic diagnosis are often overwhelmed. Our UX Designers ease this burden by helping Pack Health design intuitive, cohesive experiences across our omni-channel platform. As our Senior UX Designer, you will work alongside a team of talented designers and work with your partners in engineering and product management to deliver delightful experiences to our members, Member Success Representatives, and Health Advisors. This is a role for someone who has excellent technical design skills, is energized by coaching others, and wants to be part of a small but growing team to maturity and high impact. Responsibilities:
-In partnership with Product Management, iterate and improve on our continuous discovery processes
-Work as part of the Product Trio of Product Manager, Designer and Engineer to design solutions.
-Play a lead role in the ongoing development of our UX standards, policies and procedures
-Mentor other UX designers, coaching them to excel, learn, and grow in their roles
-Help in hiring and onboard new design talent based on growth projections
-Develop a roadmap for increasing our design acumen and efficiency

Position Requirements:
-4+ years in lead product design, user research, or UX engineering roles
-Experience designing digital experiences for consumers
-A passion for understanding and empathizing with users and customers
-Open minded (particularly towards feedback) and eager to collaborate
-Excellent attention to detail
-Expertise in visual design, interaction design, user research, and behavioral science
-Experience working in a team practicing continuous discovery a plus
-Healthcare experience a plus
