PagerDuty wrote the book on Modern Incident Response (literally). We are the recognized market and thought leader and have generated a deep affinity with the DevOps community. Many of the largest companies in the world rely on us day in day out to be up, even when they’re down. We’ve been orchestrating critical unplanned work for over a decade and we’re now applying this technology, The PagerDuty Ops Cloud, across organizations, going beyond Dev and IT and into HR, Sales, Legal and Marketing, reducing effort through automation and machine learning.

We're looking for an SVP of Engineering to manage product and platform delivery, infrastructure (SREs, dev experience and tooling, cloud ops, networking, data management), and data science. You will partner closely with the product leaders and engage across the company to execute on our product led growth strategy. You will own the budget for Engineering, including cloud spending. Lastly, you will work with customers in sharing PagerDuty best processes and approaches as well as hearing their needs and requirements to evolve the PagerDuty product suite.

At PagerDuty, we’re building an inclusive workplace that represents the real, everyday people we support around the world. From how we build our teams, to who sits in the boardroom, we hope you can see yourself at PagerDuty.
