Founding Data Lead

Lumos has recently grown a lot, with backing from Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), a team of around 60 people, and a customer base that has increased six times in the last year. As our Founding Data Lead, you will be responsible for building the foundations of our data operations. Your mission is clear: enable Lumos to make better business decisions based on data. This means you have the critical task to both design and build a reliable source of data and uncover business-critical insights based on that data.
✨ Your Role

 
Answers to Mission-Critical Questions: Help uncover the biggest bottlenecks and find answers for mission-critical customer acquisition and product adoption questions:
 
Data Infrastructure: Implement the core data layer and data sources with our infrastructure team and engage with product engineering to ingest the right data into our source of truth.
 
Data Enablement: Support cross-functional teams to use that data & dashboards to answer their top-priority questions.
 
Data-based Evidence: Enable customers and success/sales team with compelling data-based evidence of customers’ success through Lumos.
