🚀 About The Role

As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will jump in and contribute across all aspects of the Growth Marketing team, which is responsible for driving new signups and qualified leads at the top of the funnel and engagement with existing prospects and customers throughout their journey. This role involves improving our existing acquisition channels, testing new ones, and driving engagement across various prospect and customer segments to ensure they convert – self-serve or sales-assisted – into revenue.

 

💡 What you’ll do

  • Manage end-to-end execution of paid campaigns, including audience targeting and segmentation, from copywriting to reporting

  • Manage end-to-end execution of experiments, across existing and new channels (affiliates & partners), from ideation to reporting 

  • Create and A/B test new messaging and personalization methods on the marketing site to improve conversion rates for new leads, new signups, and new meetings booked for our sales team

  • Contribute to marketing operations responsibilities & internal attribution efforts and refine audience targeting to improve ROI

  • Support ABM efforts for increasing our engagement with target organizations

  • Assist in the development and execution of reactivation campaigns

  • Contribute to planning for growth marketing-related initiatives, roadmaps, and calendars

  • Partner closely with the sales and analytics teams to coordinate campaigns and ensure smooth day-to-day operations between our systems

  • Work closely with stakeholders across Marketing to drive impact to team goals

 

⚡️ Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience executing across 2+ growth marketing channels: affiliates, email, paid search & social, SEO, web & CRO, etc. 

  • Experience working in B2B SaaS; working with leads, pipeline, recurring revenue, and coordinating with sales teams (PLG experience is a plus!)

  • Strong data analysis and decision-making skills

  • Obsession with detail and experimenting; triple-checking all of our tests work perfectly before deployment

  • Impeccable grammar, writing skills, and understanding of direct-response copywriting

  • Familiarity with marketing and sales tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads Salesforce, Webflow, etc.)

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Mode, etc.) and working with large datasets 

  • Proven track of driving results 

  • Candidates must have a United States address and be authorized to work without any Visa sponsorship.
