As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be responsible for demonstrating value to a very fast growing and exciting group of Bitrise prospects and customers. You will own the full sales cycle and engage with all levels of stakeholders from Developer to Engineering Leadership to Legal. You are someone who possesses not only the technical sales skill-set, but more importantly, approaches your work in an empathetic, engaging, and solution driving manner. Grit should be in your everyday vocabulary as we approach the hyper growth stage of our journey.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build and iterate on a strategic plan to maximize growth in your territory 

  • Become an expert on your market and the trends within it 

  • Proactively collaborate with sales development, sales engineers, customer success, product, and marketing teams to drive the business forward 

  • Establish and grow existing customer relationships to ensure success and growth

  • Manage contract negotiations

  • Achieve goals in closed business, pipeline generation, and leading indicators to ensure you and Bitrise continues to exceed targets

Your Competencies & Skills

  • Excellent communications, interpersonal and collaboration skills. Ability to develop strong and trusted relationships at all levels

  • Possess empathy and care for both your team and customer

  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills - someone who leads by example and mentors the greater team around them 

  • Extremely customer centric mindset who consistently exceeds customer expectations

  • Strong commercial and business acumen

  • Strong execution skills and drive for results

  • Demonstrates agility and able to navigate and work in a fast paced work environment

Your Experience

  • Experience of selling a technical SaaS product 

  • Track record of meeting and exceeding your targets 

  • You have sold to Mid-market and/or Enterprise segment before  

  • Genuine curiosity for technology and how things work  

  • Hunter mentality - You have a proven track record of building and managing your own pipeline even with contribution from inbound/outbound

  • College degree or equivalent experience in the field

  • Business Level English mandatory other languages advantageous
