Industry background

The speed of adoption of Electric Vehicles (EVs) is critical to achieve deep decarbonization of the transport sector. The average gasoline vehicle on the road today has a fuel economy of about 22.0 miles per gallon and drives around 11,500 miles per year. Every gallon of gasoline burned creates about 8,887 grams of CO2. Added-up passengers vehicles emit 10% - 15% of total greenhouse gas emissions.

The auto finance industry has a massive entrenched ecosystem of loans and leases. Worldwide auto revenues were around $3 Trillion in 2017. EVs are now at a tipping point where the capital cost and total cost of ownership can be lower than gas or diesel powered vehicles.

Position Overview

Spring Free EV is seeking an innovative Generative AI Marketing Specialist to lead our growth initiatives using cutting-edge generative AI tools. This individual will work cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities and execute experiments that drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and referral. As an expert in generative AI marketing, you will play a pivotal role in the company's expansion while supporting the transformative power of fintech innovations for electric mobility.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement generative AI marketing strategies to drive top-of-the-funnel growth, ensuring targets meet or exceed our proforma.

  • Evaluate and make buy/build decisions in the rapidly evolving generative AI tools market.

  • Conduct research and data analysis to identify new growth opportunities and optimize existing growth channels.

  • Design and execute experiments using various growth tactics such as A/B testing, referral programs, content marketing, social media, email marketing, paid acquisition, and more.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, engineering, and marketing, to develop and execute growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or a related field.

  • Expertise in generative AI marketing and its applications in driving growth.

  • Industry experience in FinTech, Auto, Auto Finance, and/or B2B/B2C platform companies.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.

  • Demonstrated mastery of growth marketing tools, such as referral marketing platforms, email marketing software, and social media management tools.

  • Strong curiosity and a willingness to experiment and try new things.

Location
