We're looking for an experienced Web Designer to help us share the magic of Rewatch with prospective and current customers across the web. Here are a few questions we've been working on lately:
How can we speak directly to prospects when they're feeling stuck and need a solution?
How can we stand out among a sea of sameness in tech websites and marketing?
How can we effectively speak to individual use cases while also communicating the broad utility of Rewatch?
What you'll do
Own the visual direction of how Rewatch is presented to the world
Create scrappy prototypes (sketches/HTML/Figma/whatever) to explore site ideas quickly
Jam with our marketers and designers to shape ideas, share feedback, and review designs
Write production-level HTML and CSS — designers own the production of our website
Lead projects by laying out tasks, communicating progress, and sticking to a budgeted timeline
Work with our product team to make some noise when new features ship
Support demand generation efforts by creating ad assets or directing contractors as they do
Qualities we value
Several years experience designing websites and other marketing materials
Ability to tell a compelling story through words and visuals
Experience/interest in working fully remote
A generalist skillset that can be productive in both design tools and HTML/CSS
Understanding of accessibility fundamentals, and willingness to design with accessibility in mind
Inclination towards action + incremental improvements over perfection
Thoughtful communication — primarily through write-ups, sketches, and prototypes
Comfort with managing 2-3 projects at a time, and balancing progress on multiple fronts
What we offer
Competitive compensation & equity
401k with a company match
Unlimited PTO (3 weeks of recommended time off)
Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance
