Circle is a 100% remote company! We now have a team of about 100 (and growing) based in different countries all around the world.

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced marketer to own key areas of Circle’s demand generation strategy. 

Reporting to the Demand Generation Lead, you’ll be responsible for managing aspects and stages of our inbound funnel to grow MRR —from concept to execution, and ongoing optimization.

It’s important that you thrive in a high-autonomy and high-ownership environment. This means you’re curious, organized, focused and above all, a critical thinker.

What you'll be doing...

  • Owning metrics attached to certain paid and organic channels and campaigns, regularly scaling and optimizing performance based on quantitative and qualitative data.

  • Theorizing, planning and overseeing the implementation of “always-on” and isolated campaigns to both generate and capture demand. 

  • Working closely with the Demand Generation Lead to identity, test and build out new acquisition channels. 

  • Collaborating with members of the go-to-market team —such as sales, lifecycle marketing and more— to improve metrics that influence MRR levers. 

  • Owning areas of the acquisition budget to optimize spend allocation.

You're perfect for the role if…

  • You have experience in demand generation, growth marketing, performance marketing or a similar discipline for a SaaS company, which preferably targets small and midsize businesses.

  • You have been accountable for marketing metrics beyond MQLs. You recognize that qualified leads are a critical part of a growth engine, but understand post-MQL metrics and processes that influence revenue.

  • You are a generalist as opposed to a specialist. Although you may have deep expertise in certain channels, or experience applying specific marketing skills, you have an understanding of marketing strategy as a whole.

  • You value long-term, sustainable and scalable marketing strategies. There’s a time and a place for focusing on quick wins, but you’re more focused on creating processes and structures for operational excellence.

  • You are excited about building and optimizing an inbound, product led growth (PLG) machine. Our funnel is 100% sourced by marketing, through our product.

  • You are comfortable with feedback —providing, receiving and implementing it.
