Project Manager - Release Coordinator

Responsibilities

 
Coordinates releases, ensuring their initiatives, quality and timelines are met
 
Coordinates cross-departmental release management activities and deliverables
 
Schedule and Facilitate daily/weekly/bi-weekly Scrum meetings/events
 
Supports release execution by monitoring of each phase of the release
 
Works with remote cross functional teams to align release schedule and sign off for each release
 
Ensures observance of DoD (Definition of done)
 
Monitors release progress by tracking activity; engaging related parties; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
 
Constructs workflow charts and diagrams and documentation using Miro, Confluence, JIRA and other tools
 
Recommends controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures
 
Performs periodic reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports

Requirements

 
3+ years of experience as a Release Coordinator/Release Manager, Scrum Master
 
Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
 
Good understanding of Atlassian applications (JIRA/Confluence) 
 
Ability to lead projects where team members represent multiple levels within the organization
