The Figma GTM Strategy team is responsible for the development and execution of our go-to-market strategy. The team’s key objectives include owning our sales and pipeline planning efforts, identifying opportunities to improve sales efficiency and providing recurring and ad-hoc analytics to help our teams build and manage a predictable business.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Build, lead and develop the GTM Strategy team
Own the sales growth plan to determine how we exceed our ARR goals as efficiently as possible
Partner with Sales Finance on budgeting, headcount reconciliation and cost analysis
Own (and rebuild) our pipeline model and work with our Sales Leaders, Marketing, Partnerships and our Self-Serve business to determine how we drive sufficient pipeline to scale our business
Lead special projects to identify how we should most effectively scale our business
Some projects you could work on:
Design our growth strategy for new markets, including the Public Sector
Partner with Figma’s executive team on key initiatives and projects related to our go-to-market investments
Work with product leadership to help assess the revenue impact of new product investments
Design new and innovative compensation strategies to drive results
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
3-5 years of leadership experience
Exceptional analytical rigor, attention to detail and executive presentation skills
Experience hiring and developing top talent
Proven experience and passion for designing SaaS go-to-market strategies
A desire to build a new, high impact function within a hyper-growth company
An excitement to partner with amazing team-mates in finance, sales operations, data science and product leadership
