We are looking for a conscientious, bilingual individual (English/Spanish speaker) to work remotely as a customer service associate for an on-line educational company. The job requires working as an independent contractor for about 15 to 25 hours a week, including one weekend half-day. The pay is $17 per hour. Tasks include: answering clients’ questions over email, phone, and live chat (in English and Spanish); reviewing reports; and filing documents electronically. Candidate should have strong verbal and written skills in English and Spanish, strong attention to detail, a desire to get the job done right, and experience with internet search engines and email programs.
