About the role
Andela is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Marketing team and play a critical role in advancing our B2B martech strategy. The Marketing Operations Manager (B2B) has experience integrating, optimizing and product-managing marketing technologies and has a passion for operations that facilitate scalability, predictability, and efficiency.
Reporting directly to our Head of Client Marketing, the Marketing Operations Manager will work cross-functionally with partners across all departments at Andela with the goal of creating operational excellence--helping to assure that we get the most out of the technologies, people and processes our teams rely on to be successful
This is a fully remote role and the successful candidate can be based in either of the following locations: Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Romania, Bulgaria, Poland, Croatian, Serbia, Spain, Ireland, Canada
What you will do:
Be the product owner/admin of Marketo, overseeing project settings, architecture, governance, and integrations
Partner with the marketing team to own lead nurturing and marketing automation with an emphasis on driving qualified accounts for sales.
Manage the day-to-day operations of our marketing tech stack, including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Marketo, Braze, LeanData, Wordpress, SalesLoft, and other providers. If something in our connected tool chain breaks, you are the person who we turn to.
Help us make smarter decisions faster and optimize the value of marketing activities by building, maintaining, and enhancing campaign reporting, funnel dashboards, and attribution model.
Identify and evaluate data sources and approaches required to enrich and score leads and make our marketable database as aware as possible of customer intent
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to provide technical recommendations using the full features and functionality of our tech stack
Collaborate with teams to launch a variety of programs, including email campaigns, landing pages, lead scoring, nurture flows, etc.
Manage vendor relationships for contract, training, and support needs
Requirements:
5+ years of relevant experience, with at least 4+ in Marketing Ops, ideally at a product-led growth and/or B2B SaaS company.
Experience building out dashboards in Salesforce that highlight ROI coming from each different marketing channel/campaign
You have familiarity using/implementing Marketo, and working with SalesForce, 6Sense, Welcome, LeadData, SalesLoft
You excel at cross-functional collaboration and relationship building and can handle highly complex projects that impact multiple stakeholder groups
You are a self-starter and accept full accountability of your domain, and take initiative to find solutions and focus on what must be done to create success.
You constantly evaluate the landscape of marketing tools and systems, always on the lookout for ways we can improve and optimize our stack
