Description

Responsible for identifying key people to bring about change and develops a network of contacts and targets specific people to achieve project goals and objectives. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Manages strategic projects for AIM, collaborating & ensuring alignment with the broader enterprise
  • Influences at all levels within the organization, often setting strategy and direction
  • Coaches and mentors project team members
  • Mentors other project managers around project management methodology
  • Determines project scope
  • Develops resource, risk, quality, cost, and scope management plans
  • Develops training plans
  • Translates complex, technical information into presentation-friendly formats for executive audiences
  • Coordinates requirements, schedules implementation and post-implement plans, and develops service-level agreements for vendor partners
  • Develops requirements documents
  • Develops project approval matrix
  • Identifies project team training and tool needs
  • Defines quality gates for each project methodology phase
  • Defines critical success factors)

Required Experiences:

BA/BS in a related field; minimum of 9 years professional project management experience, which at least 7 years are spent leading and directing large scale initiatives; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Experiences:

  • Experience working with a combination (or variety) of traditional and agile delivery methods
  • Exposure to product development activities and demonstrated work with process standardization and implementations

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary range for this specific position is $112,720 to $202,896.

Locations: Colorado; Nevada, Jersey City, NJ; New York City, NY; Ithica, NY and Westchester County, NY
