OneLocal is looking for an Account Manager who is a big-thinker and wants to be challenged as we scale. This role will be responsible for smaller accounts subscribed only to our LocalReview product. The ideal candidate is a customer-centric, pro-active individual who is looking to join an early-stage technology company and drive growth and innovation. You will be joining a motivated and fast-paced team that strives to create long-lasting relationships with our clients and produce results. What You’ll Be Doing
Manage a portfolio of several hundred clients and be responsible for retention and upsell
Be proactive in addressing client issues or potential issues by monitoring account performance
Understand our full marketing suite and be able to communicate the value and ROI to your clients
Identify expansion opportunities to grow the businesses in your portfolio, adding value to your clients
What You Bring
Experience working with a high volume of clients (500+ clients is an asset)
You’ve got our customer’s best interest in your mind and will do whatever it takes to help them be successful with our solutions
Experience crafting email cadences tailored to client segmentation
Experience working with small & medium businesses is an asset but not required
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
2 or more years experience as a Client Success Manager / Account Manager in one of the following environments:
SaaS organization
Marketing Agency
Tech Startup
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing timelines and priorities
Ability to understand customer needs and determine its fit to our product offering
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to quickly build rapport with clients and turn them into long-term partnerships
Proven ability to maintain professionalism and demonstrate courtesy towards clients
Demonstrates honesty and integrity
Questions the status quo and isn’t afraid to speak up
Familiarity with CRM Platforms, ideally Salesforce
