Senior Technical Program Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Senior Technical Program Manager, you will organize, clarify, and align different teams’ projects and initiatives around our company goals. You will collaborate with Product Owners and the Leadership Team to ensure that different initiatives meet their goals on time and within budget. This position reports to Spokeo’s SVP of Engineering.

Responsibilities:

 
Organize, align, and clarify different projects’ OKRs around the company goals.
 
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure that their teams meet both the project and company goals consistently and on-time
 
Implement and improve operational analytics, agile process reporting, and product data management.
 
Leverage business analysis and operational analytics to evaluate different projects’ strengths and identify areas for improvement.
 
Facilitate and improve scrum of scrums, program sync-up, roadmap updates, strategic planning, and other business processes.
 
Gather, analyze, and clarify requirements and dependencies
 
Help manage changes and mitigate risks throughout the software development life-cycle


Requirements:

 
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, or any other related field
 
10+ years of experience with program management and project management at a software or tech company
 
5+ years of experience with business process improvement
 
5+ years of experience with business analysis and/or data analytics
 
8+ years of experience delivering technology projects (end-to-end) and working with engineering & product teams.
 
Experience with diverse Project Management methodologies such as SAFe, Agile development (Scrum and Kanban), and software development & delivery life cycle
 
Experience with requirements gathering, analysis, execution, and reporting with cross-functional business, product, and engineering teams.
 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 
Collaborating with stakeholders and executive reporting for high-profile deliveries.
 
PMP, CSM, and other relevant Certifications are a plus
 
Strong working knowledge and delivery of products and services that are based on distributed Web, Data, ETL, and Cloud technologies.
 
Strong domain knowledge in Consumer Privacy, Identity Theft Protection, Consumer Financial Services, and regulated Industries is desirable.
 
Managing programs that require collaboration with external technology vendors and partners is necessary.
