What You Will Do

As a Director of Sales, you will lead, coach, and mentor a team of passionate, enthusiastic, and motivated sales leaders. You will drive sales cycles by orchestrating the team with effective selling strategies and successfully positioning Formstack as a viable all-in-one data automation solution partner. 

How You Will Succeed

- Lead Formstack sales execution, including go-to-market strategy, sales process, and customer acquisition efforts 

- Building and aligning teams focused on driving new business and growing existing accounts across a horizontal market

- Help the team to build and manage the sales pipeline for new business prospecting as well as building relationships with potential customers and closing business.

- Lead and drive the sales process and achieve objectives through effective planning, goal setting, and data analysis on performance. 

- Work with the senior management team and formulate a sales strategy to maximize business growth with a cross-functional approach.

- Provide thought leadership in ideas and approaches to sales productivity challenges.

- Understand the strategic competitive landscape by staying up to date with trends and customer needs to effectively position Formstack solutions within accounts.

- Maintain accurate forecasting data and business modeling for the senior management team. 

- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Product, and other functions to deliver on company goals, including adapting plans to align with business-driven changes.

What We Are Looking For

- A seasoned SaaS sales expert with 10+ years of solution sales experience with a history of driving successful sales strategies and managing teams. 

- 7+ years of experience in a leadership role, building and managing revenue organizations with the ability to hire, retain and motivate our existing team and future talent.

- Experience in leading and managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue/quota attainment year over year. 

- A data-driven mindset that focuses on maximizing sales efforts while driving effective and efficient measures to grow the business profitably. 

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, independently, and with high fidelity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Outstanding verbal, written, presentation, and influencing skills, along with experience working with senior leadership

- Strong project management skills, detail orientation, and interpersonal skills

Salary Range: $150,000-$175,000 per year + monthly commission payment
