Project Architect

Description:
Looking for a Project Architect to support the firm's Health Care division. This professional will be working primarily in Revit and assisting in all phases of design. They are looking to grow and have opportunities for advancement in their Seattle office. This opportunity is fully remote for the foreseeable future.

Primary Responsibilities: 
Involved in design development, construction detailing, and preparation of coordinated project documentation
Follow the project through all phases from design to completion
Coordinate with consultants and communicate directly with clients

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must be located in the greater Puget Sound area
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture
5-8+ years' professional experience
Healthcare experience is highly desired, justice work (court rooms and correctional facilities) is a plus, hospitality work translates well
Technical understanding with experience of built projects
Knowledge of building codes and ADA requirements 
Confident communication and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
Extensive CA experience
Like candidates from smaller firms where they had a hand in every phase
