In this Demand Generation Manager role, you will play a critical part in the growth and success of DoctorLogic by locking arms with high-energy, goal-oriented salespeople and the marketing team. Through strategic and incremental contributions, you can write the playbook for a new era of demand generation at DoctorLogic. You'll be responsible for bringing a systematic approach to growing and managing a predictable influx of prospective customers to DoctorLogic. You will strategize, create, and implement campaigns and help DoctorLogic scale up to meet new high-growth goals in the coming years. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, fearless, and have a proven track record of results.


What Will You Be Doing?

  • Execute inbound/outbound lead generation strategy for digital and traditional channels, including Organic & Paid Search, Paid Social, and retargeting efforts
  • Have direct input on the creation and management of a new DoctorLogic website and DoctorLogic social profiles
  • Lead and manage the demand generation playbook to attract new customers throughout the purchase funnel, from lead to nurturing to conversion
  • Develop and implement lead tracking, scoring, and qualification process
  • Create and maintain metrics/reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact
  • Use HubSpot to build drip and nurture campaigns, landing pages, forms, and engagement points for the traffic you acquire
  • Segment lists based on prospect profiles and behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.).
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns against defined KPIs and use closed-loop analysis to improve campaign performance continuously.
  • Collaborate with Sr. Director of Marketing and VP of Sales to develop campaigns to capture and nurture leads and work alongside other marketers and content producers to help distribute content that educates and engages our target audience


Qualifications: What Will You Bring To The Team?

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Saas demand generation
  • Expertise in leveraging HubSpot to generate, capture, nurture, track, and report on leads, conversions, and ROI
  • Extensive experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, and paid digital
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing cost-effective online marketing campaigns with clear ROI-focused metrics
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, display, and social marketing strategy and concepts
  • A high-energy, creative, and resourceful self-starter with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • A proven track record of success in demand generation
  • Strong fundamentals of email marketing and conversion rate optimization
  • Strong communication, collaboration, project management, time management, organization skills, and analytical skills
  • Comfortable working as part of a driven team in a highly collaborative environment
