POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a sharp, quantitative and results-oriented Technical SEO Manager to join our SEO team. The team consists of four senior and junior SEOs with decades of combined experience.  As Technical SEO Manager, you will play an integral role in an important, highly-visible and well-resourced channel. You will collaborate with product and content teams to drive growth, analyze big data, prioritize actionable insights and drive decisions at the nexus of SEO and Telehealth, two rapidly evolving industries.

You Will

  • Own technical SEO, including audits, triage, roadmap maintenance and execution, to drive acquisition growth on various page types (blog, PDPs, etc)

  • Partner with an SEO Specialist to maintain weekly velocity of internal technical implementations

  • Partner with SEO PM and Director of SEO on technical fixes that require engineering

  • Monitor SEO KPIs for all hims/hers domains and corresponding competitors, distilling not just what happened but why and advisable action items

  • Partner with Director of SEO and analytics team on external SEO reporting, providing insights for senior executives and stakeholders where investments and decisions are needed and collaborating on quarterly business reviews and forecasts

  • Drive A/B testing for traffic and collaborate on A/B for conversion rate improvement for organic landing pages

  • Support SEO best practice adoption by core cross-functional teams, including content, engineering, creative, and product teams

  • Collaborate with other SEOs on topic ideation by identifying trending and attractive opportunities for growth

Skills and Experience

  • 4+ years SEO experience, inhouse technical experience and people management experience preferred

  • A strong record of achieving business goals through technical SEO implementations

  • Experience working with product and engineering on deploying impactful changes to pages

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; verbal and written

  • Ability to lead others and partner productively with cross-functional teams

  • Strong knowledge of current and evolving SEO strategies and trends

Outlined below is a reasonable estimate of H&H’s compensation range for this role.

An estimate of the current salary range is 100,000-$150,000. H&H also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSU’s) so that H&H employees own a piece of our company. The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location.
