The Opportunity  

As one of our Deal Desk Analysts is going on maternity leave, we’re looking for an analytical and driven Deal Desk Analyst to ensure our Growth team is focused on closing and renewing deals as seamlessly as possible. You will be a close partner to the Sales, Legal, Finance, Product and Operations teams.

In the industry, Revenue Operations is becoming a fast-growing and crucial part of any organisation. Reporting directly into the Sales Operations Director, this would be your opportunity to develop your skill set in this exciting field.

As a Deal Desk Analyst at Onfido you will:

 
Validate that each deal we’re closing aligns with the agreement to minimise legal risks and ensure our products deliver on what is agreed
 
Support Legal and Finance by ensuring all non-standard requests flow correctly through the approval process
 
Team up with Operations in identifying improvements in process and data integrity and support their implementation


We’re looking for a Deal Desk Analyst who can display the below skills & experience throughout our interview process:

 
Incredibly high attention to detail, you would spot a needle in a haystack any day of the week
 
An assertive attitude, you will act immediately when something isn’t right without anyone having to ask you
 
Collaborative by nature, you like working with everyone and the feeling is mutual
 
A passion for systems and contracts, you enjoy dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s and appreciate the beauty of a clean system
 
Strong sense of ownership, you will work hard when needed to ensure we get the right outcome on time
