Narvar is growing! We are hiring an Enterprise Architect who loves solving problems, implementing products they will actually use, and who wants to play a major role in the success of our partners and customers.

As a Solutions Architect, you will be joining a dynamic Customer Engineering team who are passionate about our customers, solutions, and industry. The ideal candidate has proven solutions architecture experience, has worked cross-functionally in a dynamic SaaS environment, and thrives in a fast-paced working environment.

Day-to-day

  • Scope complex projects with Enterprise retailers spanning multiple products, software packages, and data sources both on-premises and Cloud platforms

  • In-depth Subject Matter Expertise on Product and platform with intimate knowledge of what our products can and cannot support.  

  • Work cross-functionally with Product Engineering, Customer Engineering, Solution Engineering, Sales, and Channel Partners to lead design sessions, architect solutions and deliver larger-scale implementations

  • Enterprise Architecture experience and Retail domain knowledge on Customer Journey (OMS, WMS, CRM). Integration with Carriers and iPaaS solutions

  • Communicate clearly and proactively with customers, partners, and internal teams to establish credibility and ensure on-time project delivery

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment to solve customer problems based on Narvar product and platform capabilities and functionalities 

  • Work closely with the Product and Customer Engineering team to document customer requirements, technical end-to-end customer journey, business and functional process flows, enterprise architecture diagrams, create playbooks, and create process improvements as needed

What we’re looking for

  • Combined 6+ years of Enterprise Architecture and Solutioning experience supporting both Strategic and Enterprise Customers. 

  • 4+ years SaaS, Retail and/or logistics experience 

  • Thorough understanding of APIs, and SaaS technologies

  • 4+ years of experience in customer-facing, enterprise-level software implementation, technical account management, consulting or systems integration roles

  • BS and MS within computer science, engineering, mathematics, supply chain etc. 

  • Ability to successfully deliver multiple complex projects simultaneously

  • Work strategically and tactically with Systems Integrators for multi-million dollar project architecture and deployment.

  • Excellent presentation, project management, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders

A Plus if you have

  • Experience with retail, e-commerce platforms, order management systems, inventory management, WMS, TMS, supply chain, or logistics
