TeamGantt is looking to hire a Product Specialist to join our Customer Success team! Work hours are 7am to 4pm ET, Monday - Thursday. The ideal candidate will have experience in software sales and support. We are a small team that works almost 100% remote. The right person will thrive if they can work efficiently and with minimal supervision.
 

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Answer customer questions through live chat, email, and phone calls
  • Host discovery calls and sales demonstrations over zoom
  • Identify, negotiate and close expansion deals within the existing customer base
  • Manage quarterly check-ins with enterprise customers and drive renewals
  • Host remote trainings for new customers
  • Complete RFI/RFP and security questionnaires for prospects
  • Escalate priority issues to our team of developers
  • Communicate feature requests and product improvements to our product team
  • Ensure support and sales documentation is accurate and up to date

Ideal Qualifications
  • 3 or more years of software prospecting, sales, or support experience
  • Comfortable and motivated to work with minimal supervision
  • Enjoys connecting with customers and learning about their business and challenges
  • Basic understanding of project management fundamentals
  • Familiar with SAAS business model

Compensation

$40,000 to $55,000 per year base plus commission, overtime, and bonus opportunities
