The Clinical Quality Associate sits on the Clinical Operations team, reporting to the Clinical Quality Manager and is a critical driver toward the continuous development of our member experience. This role combines operations management, process design, and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment. The ideal candidate has a metrics mindset and a background in quality assurance, preferably within clinical settings.

What You'll Do

  • Member Outcomes: Administer quality management systems to ensure the delivery of high quality of care to our members - including auditing, light analysis and reporting

  • Risk Management: Ensure critical policies and quality standards are adhered to; train team members to implement quality assurance processes with fidelity

  • Execution: Support the design of processes, tools and frameworks that drive efficiency and excellence in the delivery of care to our members; collaborate on innovative solutions to accelerate our member outcomes

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively and effectively with leaders in the Clinical Operations org to implement and manage quality assurance processes

Who you are:

  • Minimum experience requirements: 2 years of experience in quality assurance in highly regulated industry. Start-up and clinical experiences are a plus.

  • Effective Communication: Effectively communicates to all levels of leadership 

  • Data-Driven Problem Solving: Can support solutions to clinical, operational or business challenges; is proficient in qualitative and quantitative analysis

  • Self-Starter: Can navigate and work autonomously in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment; deliver results in times of constant change
