We're looking for a Engineering Director, Fraud Prevention to help shape our all-in-one privacy solution and join our mission to show the world that protecting your privacy online can be simple.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will provide a hands-on approach to leadership, guiding, directing, and executing improvements to our fraud software architecture. Using a data-driven approach, you'll uncover the signals that help us identify and understand fraud trends while scoping solutions to root causes. You will also improve our existing traffic quality system through automation, workflow streamlining, system optimization, and adding new signals.
As a leader, you will hire, mentor, and lead a team of Traffic Quality Engineers building a world-class system, as well as other engineers and data scientists as needed. Through your pragmatic reasoning, you will navigate complex challenges with multiple competing interests, while also participating in a shared rotation to quickly respond to real-time invalid traffic incidents (no on-call).

Compensation
Annual compensation: $220,000 USD and stock options.Compensation is the same within a professional level, regardless of geographic location or functional area, and the compensation for each professional level is transparent across the organization.
