As the Senior Account Manager, youl be the main point of contact for the agencys portfolio of clients and will liaison with key internal and external project stakeholders to ensure client expectations are met.

Hours and Benefits for the Senior Account Manager:

  • 100% Remote in the US! ****To be considered, you must be willing & able to work East Coast hours!
  • Salary between $90,000 - $110,000 based on experience.

Responsibilities for the Senior Account Manager:

  • Be the primary point of contact for all clients by facilitating communication between clients and internal team members.
  • Ensure all work aligns with the clients goals, brand, strategy, and drives strategic growth based on their goals.
  • Make data driven strategic assessments on media, design, copy, search engine, email marketing, social media, and paid search capabilities, among other functions within digital and traditional media marketing.
  • Utilize HubSpot to create effective customer service and retention strategies for marketing programs
  • Develop and implement business plans, policies, and procedures to maximize a clients ROI and satisfaction to drive retention
  • Identify opportunities within accounts for new strategies and expansion
  • Oversee the preparation, interpretation, and presentation of relevant analytic findings to key stakeholders
  • Understand current and emerging trends in digital marketing, mobile marketing, and automation


Requirements for the Senior Account Manager:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Account Management or Client Services in a marketing agency.
  • Experience building multi-faceted digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, and email marketing services
  • Demonstrated familiarity with Google products (Gmail, Docs, Slides, Drive) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) products
  • Experience managing budgets for clients and identifying areas of growth
  • Experience with a data-driven approach to strategy, planning, execution, and measurement
