The Pixelberry Studios marketing team is looking for a skilled Product Marketing Manager to be a customer champion and protector of our brands! In this role, you will work closely with growth, art, community and product leads, to execute a cohesive brand vision throughout all the touchpoints of the marketing lifecycle. You will get to work on our upcoming title StoryLoom, the premier platform for reading and writing interactive fiction, and will also touch on product marketing efforts for our popular title Choices: Stories you Play.

Pixelberry Studios is a top mobile games developer, creating fun and engaging games with heart for over nine years. We’re a division of Nexon, one of the Top 10 largest gaming companies in the world. Our studio is 3-for-3 launching games into the App Store's Top 25 Grossing chart and our market-leading, award-winning mobile game, Choices: Stories You Play, broke into the Top 5 in the App Store. Our vision for success is based around innovative game design, diversity, and putting our players first!

Our headquarters are in Mountain View, CA but we can accommodate a remote work environment for a candidate from the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, and Washington.

Currently, all Pixelberry staff work remotely with the option to work in-office, if desired.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Communicate across Product, UA, Creative and Community to create a cohesive brand vision and corresponding documents and presentations including but not limited to creative briefs, positioning statements, brand ecosystem maps, social media strategies, customer journeys, strategy roadmaps, and so forth

  • Competitive research and work with the marketing team in developing the digital multi-channel strategy roadmap for StoryLoom, identifying priorities and creating an execution plan

  • Collaborating with product managers on in-app messaging strategy, copy and testing (push notifications and other live-ops tools)

  • Leading and executing strategy for non-paid owned channels, such as ASO, email marketing and SEO

  • Establishing and measuring KPIs for non-paid media results in alignment with marketing goals

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing

  • BBA/BSBA in Marketing, Communications or related fields

  • Experience with defining, executing and analyzing AB tests

  • Relevant experience research, design, executing and analyzing marketing strategy

  • Clear cross-functional, verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

POSITIVES

  • Experience with Leanplum or any other CRM tools for email, inbox, interstitial and push notifications

  • Experience with the Appstore and Google Play's custom store listings, app descriptions, keyword and icon strategy

  • Ability to independently adapt in the quick changing environments of mobile app marketing

  • Self-motivated problem solver, that proactively identifies new opportunities and areas of work

  • Ability to demonstrate passion for pop-culture, tv, movies, books and/or games. (We are all fans of something in our hearts!)

  • Experience managing branded website updates, either directly or through 3rd parties
