Wonders is entering a new phase of growth as we scale to become a multi-product company. As we enter this exciting period, we are seeking a world-class product leader to grow and lead the product team. This individual will be building and leading a high performing team of product managers to define the product vision and strategy for the whole company. They will also be owning the execution of several new product initiatives from 0 to 1. You will play a critical role in aligning all of our product teams and ensuring that the entire company is pulling in the right direction.

About the teams
The Voice Platform team enables restaurants to handle customer phone calls no matter how many customers are calling in at the same time. This allows these mom and pop businesses to scale past their staffing limit and fulfill their customers’ orders on time, every time. 
The Restaurant Experience team delivers value by building solutions that allow restaurants to take payments, manage their orders, as well as onboard efficiently.   
The Analytics Platform team powers the infrastructure used to make data accessible and useful across a variety of cross-functional teams at Wonders. 
Role:

 
Lead and grow our product team

Defining the product vision, strategy, metrics, and goals for the whole company
 
Gaining deep empathy for and understanding of our users’ needs

Connecting the dots across experiences and teams to create a cohesive customer experience
 
Actively collaborating with other leaders to source and recruit the best talent to Wonders.

About you:

 
7+ years of product management experience, managing software products from inception through launch and iteration
 
3+ years experience building, mentoring, and leading world-class teams of product managers
 
Technical proficiency and effectiveness working with engineers
 
Detail oriented with the ability to track multiple projects, stay on top of timelines, and deliver high quality outputs across several workstreams
 
Strong track record of of product leadership and end to end ownership
 
Proven ability to drive results and make decisions with imperfect information, and comfort managing teams through ambiguity and complexity
 
Experience building products from 0 to 1 in an unstructured environment

BS / MS / PhD in Computer Science or related field
