Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for extracting and manipulating Salesforce data to support reporting, data validation, and mass data updates. You will also be responsible for collaborating with developers on the data-related aspects of their work, such as initializing new fields. The successful candidate should have strong SOQL and SQL skills and be comfortable working with tools such as Knime, Alteryx, Pentaho, or equivalent.

 

Our Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Extract, manipulate, and analyze large sets of Salesforce data to support reporting, data validation, and mass data updates.

  • Work closely with the Data Warehouse team to help support their Salesforce Data needs.

  • Collaborate with developers on the data-related aspects of their work, such as initializing new fields.

  • Review and support data requests pertaining to accuracy or analysis.

  • Develop and maintain data processes that ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across systems.

  • Develop and implement data quality rules, monitoring, and reporting.

  • Ensure that data is compliant with data governance policies and procedures.

  • Create and maintain documentation for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis processes.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce data.

  • Strong SOQL and SQL skills.

  • Comfortable using ETL tools such as Knime, Alteryx, Pentaho, or equivalent to work with large sets of data.

  • Experience with Tableau is a plus.

  • Salesforce Administrator skills are a nice to have.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information

Salary range: min: $82,200 mid: $102,800, max: $123,400
