Requirements:




 
4+ years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
 
A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
 
Up-to-date knowledge of tools like Figma, Wireframe.cc, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
 
Strong experience with creating wireframes, storyboards, user flow, process flow, and sitemaps.
 
Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
 
A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, usability and accessibility concerns.
 
Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
 
Experience creating or managing style guides, pattern libraries, or UI libraries (e.g. Ant Design) is also considered a strong plus.
 
Good command of English, both written and spoken, as you’ll be communicating with clients directly.
 
Strong organizational skills — ability to work full-time remotely with no supervision
