PagerDuty is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our diverse, customer-focused team! As a Sales Operations Analyst you will be working with the sales operations team to identify and explore opportunities for sales process improvements and to help drive enablement efforts and provide deal support to our global sales teams by assisting with manual order forms, troubleshooting issues, system updates and reporting. This is an exciting opportunity to drive special projects in data quality assurance across key areas of our sales team. The ideal candidate will bring effective, clear, and concise verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively multitask and prioritise in a dynamic environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Quickly become an expert and global front-line support for sales systems and data, especially Salesforce.com
Intake & triage of Sales Operations SFDC Case queue
Support, maintain and continuously improve adoption of sales technology stack.
Provide deal support to our global sales teams by assisting with manual order forms, troubleshooting issues, system updates and reporting.
Support finance in regular revenue reconciliation efforts
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
BS/BA Degree or 2 years corporate experience
Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel
Salesforce competency
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Effective, clear, and concise verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively multitask and prioritise in a dynamic environment.
Attention to details, follow through and strong analytical thinking.
High level of integrity & dependability with strong sense of urgency
Demonstrates Sales Empathy
Ability to operate in a hyper-growth environment with moderate supervision.
Experience with Salesforce.com and a ticket management system (SFDC Cases, Jira etc.)
Experience with quote to cash process, quoting tools (like CPQ)
Experience working for a SaaS company is highly preferred.
The base salary range for this position is 68,000 - 103,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.
Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.
