The Role:

As the Learning & Development Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the learning and development strategy for our organization. Reporting directly to the Head of People, you will work closely with our leadership team to identify training needs and develop learning solutions that are tailored to the needs of our employees.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about learning and development, and who is excited about the opportunity to build out our L&D function from scratch. What you'll do/own:

  • Develop and implement the overall learning and development strategy for the company

  • Work with department leaders to identify training needs and create learning programs that address these needs

  • Design and develop training materials, including e-learning courses, videos, and other multimedia content

  • Build and maintain an L&D library of resources and materials

  • Develop and facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for employees at all levels of the organization

  • Analyze training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements

  • Partner with external training providers to deliver specialized training programs

  • Manage the Learning & Development budget and ensure that training programs are cost-effective

More about you:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, education, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in L&D, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

  • Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs

  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory

  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote work environment

$125,000 - $143,000 a year

At Gametime pay ranges are subject to change and assigned to a job based on specific market median of similar jobs according to 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary for several reasons including skills/capabilities, experience, and available budget.
