Inside Sales Manager - REMOTE


Job Summary


This position will oversee inside sales support for the company. Most importantly, they will make sure the team provides outstanding service and support to valued customers.


Responsibilities



 
Provided daily customer support, proposals, processing, and execution
 
Improve internal processes to ensure an overall positive customer experience
 
Give direct customer support
 
Facilitate communication between sales and other internal departments
 
CRM tool management



Requirements



 
At least 5 years of experience of insides sales or related role
 
At least 3 years of experience in solar or other renewable energy business
 
Experience in team leadership and management skills
 
Self-starter, and strong initiatives with excellent communication ability
 
Great attention to detail and the ability to execute tasks on time
