Change.org is searching for a Head of Worldwide Marketing to help potential movement leaders discover and choose Change.org for their campaigns. This is a new position for the organization and will combine deep thinking about demand generation, customer lifecycle and performance marketing. This person would be responsible for all branding, acquisition and retention initiatives worldwide.
We're a social impact business (a public benefit company), and the largest tech platform focused on civic action in the world with 100MM monthly users, 50,000 campaigns launched on the site every month, and 150 staff. We're growing quickly, and our users win campaigns for change once every hour. From strengthening hate crime legislation in South Africa; fighting corruption in Indonesia, Italy, and Brazil; to fighting violence against women in India.

The Head of Worldwide Marketing will play a critical leadership role in defining the brand blueprint for the future, leading a team of strategic marketers in disrupting how we go to market by redefining our value prop, identifying new target audiences, and driving best-in-class marketing programs.
This role requires a people manager with exceptional analytical abilities, outstanding business acumen, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. The successful candidate is a data-driven self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Part art and part science, the Head of Worldwide Marketing will lead the development of full-funnel campaigns and will help shape our media mix in an ever-changing landscape. You will synthesize multiple data points to provide meaningful insights and actionable takeaways to lead the development (and iteration) of forward-thinking campaigns that will capture new audiences and reinvigorate existing members.
You will drive strategy, execution, measurement, and optimization. The ideal candidate has experience defining the strategy and is comfortable being hands-on with execution and tactical decisions up and down the funnel.

This is a full time, permanent position that can be remote and based anywhere in Latin America, Canada or the United States. with the requirement of being near international airports for occasional in person meetings (e.g, monthly or quarterly). The candidate will report directly to the Chief Product Officer.
