Growth Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

 
Help lead coordination for the team, functioning as an operational lead and chief of staff for the team.
 
Ensure that the team is operating efficiently, and should be able to serve as a stand-in for the VP of Growth when needed
 
Establish and optimize processes, workflows, technology, and other operating requirements for the team
 
Own and optimize the Growth team's workflows across Notion, JIRA, Slack, meetings, and other operational platforms
 
Identify and execute against opportunities to improve growth team's cross functional workflows with Product, Engineering, Marketing Ops, and Business Development.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING

 
Bachelor's degree and 3 years experience in a marketing coordinator, or similar role, in a high-growth tech or financial services startup
 
2+ years of personal or professional experience within the crypto space.
 
You have experience with Workplace Productivity Tools - Notion, JIRA, Excel, Slack, Google Suite
 
You’re not afraid to that the initiative and have intellectual curiously about increasing efficiency while building internal/external working relationships 
 
Comfortable with autonomy

Salary Range: $76,000.00 to $90,400.00
