Our new Demand Generation Specialist will work cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, partner, and other teams to build out integrated marketing plans. The right person will be creative, a self-starter, and able to work cross-functionally to drive pipeline. They can lead from all directions, regardless of title or action.

What you’ll do:
Plan a variety of campaigns, document your process, track deliverables, and execute on time
Organize events creatively, including tradeshows, digital events, partner events, and co-marketing opportunities
Connect the dots between campaigns, content, SEO, advertising, and email results
Identify opportunities to build better, stronger messaging and actions
Delight prospects, partners, and team members in concise, thoughtful experiences
Build and nurture relationships with community members
Your first 90-days:
Learn the product, ICPs, personas, strategy, and team
Own the end-to-end campaign execution of campaigns as assigned, including webinars, events (digital and in-person), select releases, co-marketing actions, and other campaigns elements as needed
Define your own integrated campaigns, providing valuable insights across teams about results and next steps
Requirements:
3+ years of experience building roadmaps and implementing integrated marketing plans
History working with sales and marketing leadership on overall business and event strategies
Experience with tools like WordPress, Google Analytics, Salesforce, 6sense, Drift, Google Tag Manager, or similar
Strong understanding of both sales and marketing goals and the ability to work toward both
Ability to manage your own budget
Experience working with Revenue Operations with an understanding of emerging trends, GTM processes, and technologies
Some travel will be required
$50,000 - $90,000 a year
The salary for this position is $50,000-$90,000 depending on location, skills and experience.
