We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representatives to join our customer care team and assist Customers navigate the website during purchase and also after purchase if any issue arise.
Responsibilities Includes :
Handle Customer escalations
Provide Customer Service via phone, email and chat
Interact with customers on daily basis
Processing orders, forms and purchase
Weekly and daily reports on customers interactions, transactions and complaints.
Requirement:
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on full-time basis.
