About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer with outstanding skills in wireframing, UI design, website design, branding, typography, and design systems. This person will work in our newly formed Growth design studio, creating website feature pages, landing pages, social media posts, ads, and templates across our brand.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in Figma, highly creative, work well autonomously, and be highly motivated to produce beautiful design.

Applicants in U.S. and European time zones strongly preferred.


What you'll be doing

 
Create website feature pages, landing pages, social media posts, ads, and templates across our brand.
 
Create visually appealing and effective UI designs, wireframes, and design systems for various digital platforms.
 
Work closely with the Growth team to understand project requirements and come up with creative design solutions.
 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are consistent with the brand guidelines.
 
Keep up to date with the latest design trends and best practices.


You're perfect for the role if...

 
You have 3+ years doing in-house design in a similar role or capacity.
 
You have excellent design skills with wireframes, UI, typography, and design systems.
 
You are highly creative and able to work well in an autonomous environment.
 
You are highly motivated to produce beautiful design.
 
You are fluent in Figma.
 
You excel in a fast-paced environment.
 
You have a strong attention to detail.
 
Your communication and collaboration skills are top-notch.


Bonus points

 
You’ve worked at a startup in a similar growth stage as Circle.
 
You have knowledge of animation and/or Canva.
