ExtraHop is seeking a multi-talented creative leader who is passionate about design and skilled at translating technical stories into compelling campaigns. Our ideal candidate would have experience working cross-functionally and collaborating to ensure campaigns implement our creative innovative vision, voice, and style. You must have strong experience in print and digital along with a range of mediums including social, integrated, and traditional media. This creative leader would be charged with helping to shape the way the industry defines and talks about network detection and response.
This candidate will own the creative strategy and direction of all graphic and website design, copy, video, animation, photography, promotional assets, and more behind our brand and owned properties. Results matter. In this role the candidate will be well versed at analyzing data to be able to turn findings into actionable strategies to further improve creative performance. This role requires that you can translate concepts easily to all stakeholders to sell ideas. Managing the company brand identity and narrative, alongside the content team, tone and design with a sharp sense of project management will be key. This role works closely with the rest of the organization to amplify and breakthrough in a crowded market.
Responsibilities:
Evolve and ensure consistency and integrity behind our company's brand and brand guidelines.
Lead all design and work closely with copywriters.
Provide creative direction on brand-level video, web, and graphic design projects.
Manage a production calendar and the team responsible for hitting those deadlines.
Create and improve the company's creative team and its workflow to build a top-notch operation.
Create a network of talent, including internal subject matter experts, agencies and freelancers and go-to influencers in our industry, format our content, and line edit.
Collaborate with company leaders, marketing teammates, and other key stakeholders on key projects each quarter.
Be seen as an expert, always coming to the table with a unique, informed POV
Stay on top of best practices, trends and technology and bring innovative solutions to address challenges.
Great communicator, both in conveying design best practices and project details/ideas across all levels of the company, including the executive team.
Ability to balance between executive preference and strategic design goals.
B2B enterprise technology. Cybersecurity/SaaS experience strongly preferred.
Experience marketing in a B2B context with both channel partners and direct sales force
Exceptional program management skills to drive results across multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously
Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, often on short deadlines.
Supervise a cross-functional team of graphic designers, copywriters, social media experts, photographers/videographers, and project managers in the strategic development of messages and deliverables
Present, or oversee presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for deliverables
Skills and Qualifications
7 years of related experience with 5+ years of creative direction in agency or corporate setting
Years of experience creating marketing/advertising campaigns from developing vision and the message platform to overseeing production on time and budget
Understanding and past experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, but also understand offline and print
Proven experience with concept development
Highly skilled with leading a team of creative talent
Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in marketing or business
Prior experience with copywriting, design, or production
