Content Marketer

 Hey there! We’re Hatch, and we’re looking for a Content Marketer who is equally talented at creating written content from scratch, as they are at using AI tools / prompts to transform transcripts into incredibly high quality initial versions of written assets.


 



 😎 Role Overview


 You’ll lead our efforts in turning our customer recordings and transcripts into polished written content (social media posts, blog posts, episode summaries, etc.) using AI tools, and your own content curation / expertise.

We help B2B companies create video podcasts, YouTube video series, and short-form video clips for social media, as well as written content from those recordings. Our goal is to be the #1 agency in the world helping companies use modern content marketing to win.


 



 

 ⏰ Hours


 



 Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (your local time-zone).


 



 💼 What You'll Do


 
Use AI tools to develop high-quality initial versions of written assets (blog posts, social posts, episode summaries, etc.) from podcasts and videos 
 
Conduct thorough QA of all written assets and transcriptions
 
Curate and improve the initial versions of written assets that AI tools have provided
 
Utilize AI to identify and extract the best moments from recordings
 
Produce deliverable assets for customers using templates and tools such as Google Sheets and Google Slides
 
Monitor incoming requests and track due dates
 
Review the captions on each customer's final video clips for spelling, grammar, and formatting accuracy




 ✅ Requirements


 
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
 
2+ years experience in copywriting
 
Very experienced using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, etc.
 
Proficiency in Slack and G Suite apps
 
Familiarity with management tools like Trello, Asana, Notion, etc.

You have experience creating content in B2B related topics (sales, marketing, technology, etc.)
 
You're a systems thinker and love figuring out ways to create content from AI tools
 
You have good taste and can translate it into AI prompts
 
You're a good project manager and can keep workflows organized
 
You are self-motived and proactive
 
You’re upbeat and friendly
