About the HomeCare Team
The Home Care team is looking to revolutionize the way that customers interact with Thumbtack by better understanding our customers and their homes, personalizing suggestions and creating tailored guides for them, and making it easy to book and re-book pros. Our goal is to create a long-term relationship with our customers. In short, we want to become your trusted advisor when it comes to all things home.
Challenge
Homeowners have a lot to get done and need crucial questions answered across their homeowner journey. Today, their sources of guidance are separate from where they go to take action. Our Vision is to Empower homeowners to be proactive in caring for their homes with guidance that grows with them from planning, to doing, to done. In a sea of information, what they need — and want most — is guidance that works for their home and situation.
To help us realize our vision, The team is building a brand new set of features, so we’re trying to balance making sure that we’re thinking ahead and not creating technical debt versus speed of execution. Since this is an entirely new area for Thumbtack, we’re making big bets as to what will be best for both the customer and Thumbtack

For candidates living in San Francisco / Bay Area, New York City, or Seattle metros, the expected salary range for the role is currently $191,250.00 – $247,500.00. Actual offered salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as calibrated job level, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
For candidates living in all other US locations, the expected salary range for this role is currently $162,562.50 – $210,375.00. Actual offered salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as calibrated job level, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
